You need a website, and you need it done right - without spending weeks talking about it or trying to DIY it yourself.

You need someone who can take what you do, turn it into a clear website, and get it live - without the back-and-forth, without the technical headaches, and without wondering if it'll break six months from now.

Sandrine Coosemans, founder and head strategist at SmartAlpaca Marketing, standing outdoors against a stone wall, wearing a patterned top and a necklace.

I’m Sandrine, your one-stop-website-shop

Over the years, I've been involved in high-end website projects that produce incredible results - but not everyone needs that level of investment.

A month-long branding and messaging process followed by extensive development gets you a next-level website, but you've also spent at least 10k and a significant amount of time. On the other end, you can hire a freelancer who’ll build something fast and cheap - but not quite right.

Working with me gives you the perfect balance of speed, price, and quality.

I know which questions to ask upfront so we don't waste time fixing things later. I’ve got a knack for creating clarity from chaos. And I know the Squarespace platform like the back of my hand, meaning I can work fast without cutting corners.

A bit more about me

How this works

  1. Kickoff: Send me your brand materials, existing content, and anything else that's relevant.

  2. Strategy: I review everything, create a wireframe, and we get on a call to make sure the messaging and structure are right before we start designing.

  3. Progress: During the build, we check in regularly to review work in progress. We’ll discuss ahead of time how that will work, and how you can give me feedback.

  4. Walkthrough: When the desktop version is 95% done, we walk through it together on a call to make sure we didn’t miss anything.

  5. Final dev: When you’re 100% happy with the desktop version, I work on the technical setup - responsiveness, accessibility, SEO/GEO, etc before publishing the site.

  6. Wrap-up: A couple of days after the launch, we get together again to make sure everything’s working well for you. You also get 30 days of email and Slack support for questions or small adjustments.

Timeline: One week from kickoff to launch for a standard website.

Two options: turnkey or done-with-you

  • Done-for-you website: from € 2250

✓ Website strategy, wireframing, and copywriting

✓ Using your brand colours, fonts, and imagery

✓ Third-party integrations (email, CRM, scheduling, etc)

    ✓ Mobile-friendly and SEO-ready

    ✓ Unlimited revisions within a pre-determined timeframe

✓ 30-day Slack and email support

    ✓ Optional: wrap-up or follow-up call

Projects with more pages, custom functionality, custom-designed visuals, or additional complexity are priced accordingly. We'll discuss scope and pricing on the discovery call.

  • Done-with-you website: from € 997

Everything in the done-for-you option, but fewer calls and less time for revisions.

This works well if you want to finalise the copy, add more images, or create additional pages yourself.

You’ll get all necessary instructions - and I’m still available for support and small interventions as needed.

Q&A

  • This works well if you have a decent handle on what you offer, who you serve, and what makes you different.

If you're still figuring those things out, we can work on that first, or I can refer you to someone who specialises in that.

  • The standard turnaround is one week, but we can work faster if you're in a rush - or take more time if you need space to review or gather materials.

We’ll discuss your timeline and budget on the discovery call.

  • Yes; a lot of my clients simply want to move their website from WordPress to Squarepace, or improve/overhaul their existing Squarespace website (e.g. Storybrand their website, make it more accessible or SEO-friendly, etc).

This is priced differently than a complete website from scratch; we’ll discuss budget and timeline on our discovery call.

  • I don’t use full-page templates, as I believe every website deserves a unique design. I do use a library of pre-built sections that I can then adjust to fit the needs of your website; this allows me to work fast but still deliver bespoke solutions.

However, the short timeline doesn’t allow us to spend a lot of time on branding strategy, custom-designed visuals, or custom-coded functionalities. We’ll discuss this during the discovery call and if it’s something you do need, we may extend the timeline and/or bring someone in to work on these.

In some cases, we will take a staged approach: publishing the “basic” website first, then take more time after launch to work on some of the details.

  • Every site includes the SEO basics: proper page structure, meta descriptions, responsive and accessible design, and clear copy.

This makes it easy for search engines and LLMs (and visitors!) to understand what your website is about, and feature it when people are looking for related topics.

If you need more advanced SEO (keyword research, content strategy, ongoing optimisation), we can discuss that as an add-on.

  • I can’t build your dream website without your input and regular feedback. We’ll discuss exactly what’s needed during the discovery call but in general, I’d expect you to make yourself available daily during the build to reply to questions, review work in progress, or share additional materials as needed.

  • When I commit to your project, only a major event could keep me from delivering in time; if this ever happens, I would of course get in touch with you to discuss options as soon as I can.

If you can’t provide me with the necessary materials or feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe, or if you need substantial changes to elements that were approved in an earlier stage, we can usually extend the project timeline for a small fee.

I do reserve some time for small changes in the 30 days after launch at no extra charge but if you need more (e.g. a partial rewrite or extra page), we’ll discuss what that means when it happens.

  • Unlike WordPress, Squarespace websites do not require regular maintenance (Squarespace takes care of this for you), so this is not included in my standard package.

I’m available for one-off updates or ongoing services (SEO, content marketing, recurring website support) as needed though - we can discuss this at any time before, during, or after the build.
