  • One page review

    Get feedback on a homepage or single sales page, or to try this service without commitment.

    Feedback on your website’s homepage, structure, and navigation - as well as recommendations for up to 5 other pages.

  • Website consultation

    A full assessment of your website + a strategy session to discuss your options. Includes the recording of our call + a checklist of items that need your attention.

Q&A

  • You can send me any type of website copy: homepage, sales pages, about page, landing pages, the onboarding page for your course or membership, etc.

    It can be extended to include a proposal, sales email, or other type of marketing & sales copy.

    Please ask if you'd like my feedback on something different!

  • You can be at any stage of the process:

    1. You're stuck getting started - maybe you're unsure which angle to use, or how to structure the website. I'll ask you to share essential information and provide you with a suggested outline.

    2. You've got a wireframe, but it's not quite there yet; I'll identify the holes in your plot so you can get right back to work and finish it

    3. It's done and you're confident it's good, but you also know having me go through it will make it even better.

  • I will use a dedicated feedback tool to add comments in the margins. (if you’re already using a feedback tool and would like me to use that, I’m happy to!). Alternatively, I sometimes simply use a Google Doc to write down recommendations.

    I then record a Loom video to walk you through my suggestions. Those videos come with a transcript so it’s easy for you to find the essentials!

    1. You decide when you’ll have something for me to review. Reserve a slot in my calendar (below) so I can block the time.

    2. Complete this form when you send me your materials.

    3. I will usually get back to you within a couple of hours after submission (max 24 hours). In some cases, I request additional information before providing recommendations.

    4. If you apply changes quickly, I’m happy to do another review or two within 2 working days afterwards, so we can further results the copy together.

  • I’d like us to get to know each other before you start sending me stuff. It’s a chance for you to ask questions about how this works, and for me to learn more about what you do and the content I’ll be receiving from you.

    However, you don't need that call in order to get actionable feedback.

  • While I’ve been offering these website reviews as part of other packages for a while, it’s my first time offering it as a stand-alone service.

    I’m keeping prices low so it’s easy for people to try it; and while I expect users will be just as happy as past clients, I am also very open to any feedback you have on the process.
