Most of our team are located in Europe and the UK, and most of our clients are either in the UK, or in the Americas; we’ve found this works well if clients in the US or Canada are available for meetings in their morning.
One of our favourite clients is located in Hawaii - often 12 hours’ difference with Europe… and we’ve been making it work for several years now.
We’d usually discuss this on our discovery call; if our times don’t match, we prefer to know well ahead of time.
-
We are committed to our and our clients’ data security and privacy and prioritise secure toolsets at all time. We adhere to GDPR and industry best practices.
We’re also strongly committed to digital sustainability and prioritise green platforms where we can. Read more about this here.
We adjust our workflow and toolset for different clients, but are always happy to share what we’re using to work on your project.
As our company is tiny (technically a one-person company working with trusted contractors), we do not hold official certifications.

Mellissa Wheeler is our resident WordPress wizard; any project involving her will be built on WordPress, using the Divi builder.
We’ve found Divi to be more versatile than any other, allowing endless customisation; it’s also fairly easy to use on the backend, and allows for WYSYWYG updates to the website.
That being said, WordPress isn’t the best choice for every organisation out there; we’ll often build simpler websites on Squarespace or collaborate with others to build on Webflow, Kajabi, or other platforms.

As a rule, yes; we’d hate to build a website that doesn’t integrate with other tools you use!
In some cases, we work with third parties (trusted contractors) to set these up - or we’ll happily work with your own internal or external team.
We dive into the technical details during the discovery stage so that we don’t encounter costly surprises down the road.
-
We always prefer to schedule a conversation before we give you a quote; experience taught us that forgotten details or common misconceptions can sometimes make a big difference!
If you’d like a ballpark before you schedule a call with us though, please reach out and share at least
Information about your organisation: website, vision/mission, audience(s), and anything else that may seem relevant
Information about the project: challenges with your current platform, needs and wants for the new website (be sure to list all features), budget, time requirements

We usually work on small to mid-sized projects, ranging from
We’ve worked with large teams as well as solo mission-driven entrepreneurs, and everything in between.
Content-heavy and complex projects may take slightly more time than if a full-blown digital agency would take these on, but the perk of working with us is that you’ll be talking directly with the people doing the work.
No project managers or other intermediates, no long response times as we escalate a request to our tech team, no one-size-fits-all-our-clients templates.
You get our full attention, resulting in a website that resonates with your audience - and fits your organisation like a glove.
-
Yes, always! We don’t like to leave our clients hanging once the project is done.
Depending on your needs, our after-launch services can include
WordPress maintenance and support
Consultancy or support on demand
Retainer packages that fit your needs
On-demand support - hourly or “done-for-you” days
Training and support for your team
Content services
-
We primarily focus on digital content:
Website page copy, using years of experience and the Storybrand framework
Articles, case studies, and other types of posts for your website
Email campaigns (conversion-focused or nurture sequences) and automations
White papers, downloadable resources, and lead-generating PDF documents
Scripts, drafts, and outlines for other media
We can work with your social media, digital ads, or YouTube expert to provide them with copy - but do not offer strategy, research, or management for these platforms.
-
We do not; we recommend and collaborate with experts in your area instead.
-
Yes, it always starts with a solid strategy - and a clear plan.
We’ll have three video calls with you to draft a plan:
A strategy session to get clear on needs, wants, and desired workflow
A walkthrough session where we present you with options and help you make informed decisions
An implementation session to discuss next steps.
Depending on the situation, we can then start creating content according to the plan - or provide you and your team with everything you need to take it from there.
-
Yes, we do!
While we don’t offer SEO as a stand-alone service,
We discuss SEO at the start of every project
We can handle keyword research and strategy as well as long-term SEO management if relevant;
If not, we’ll still make sure your website is ready and easy to understand for search engines and LLMs.
