A typical roadmap process takes at least 3 strategy sessions:
Assessment: Before the first call, we take a look at what you’ve got already (this can be your existing marketing collateral, or notes on a new direction your business is taking).
During the first strategy session, we discuss your audience and offer, as well as anything that may have come up during the initial assessment.
After the first call, I get to work on the strategy roadmap (see “what’s included?”).
During the second strategy session, we walk through my suggestions and discuss your options.
Afterwards, I finalise the roadmap document, draft outlines for your marketing collateral, and create an action plan for implementation.
If you are unclear on what you offer, have several different offers or audiences, or require more time to walk through the options, we may need more than three calls. I will discuss this with you on the discovery call.
This process can take anywhere between 30 and 90 days, depending on your needs, budget, and timeline.

Depending on your exact needs, these are often included:
A draft “content wireframe” for your homepage or sales page
An outline of your customer’s journey (from lead generation to retention or return business)
Results of our basic market research
Results of our SEO audit with recommendations
Suggested outline for your email automation/sales funnel(s)
The Storybrand framework (“brand script”) document we’ve worked with
Draft foundational copy (one-liner, elevator pitch)
Ideas for lead generation and additional income streams
Most of the deliverables may be drafts and outlines, simply because we lack the time for detailed revisions.
If you decide to work with us to implement the roadmap (whether you want our team to do it for you, or you’d like me to consult with you as you implement it yourself), we will make time to work on every detail until perfection.
However, these outlines and drafts also allow you to simply take it from there yourself (or with your own team).

Each roadmap is different, depending on multiple factors + the scope of the work. Rates start at € 1650.
